The location is perfect, just a short walk to the old center of Split, surrounded by lovely restaurants and close to the port and palace. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, creating a warm atmosphere. The breakfast with its stunning view and the peaceful ocean views made for a relaxing stay.

It's a pity but the bathroom was a little cramped.

Great safety features: Equipped with fire extinguishers and a first aid kit, ensuring the utmost safety and peace of mind for guests during their stay. Shopping paradise: The nearby Kresimir Street and Green Market offered a fantastic shopping experience, perfect for those in search of unique souvenirs or local delights. Modern rooms with all the essentials: The well-appointed rooms boasted amenities like satellite TV, air conditioning, and heating, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Limited Wi-Fi access: At times, we encountered difficulty connecting to the Wi-Fi due to it reaching its maximum device capacity within the building.

The apartment is charming just off waterfront and shopping, the nearby restaurant and Old Town. It has perfect setting close to train station.

We stumbled upon this hidden gem and it was absolutely perfect for our romantic escape! The owner, Denis, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the old town with tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The room we stayed in had a private terrace that was just amazing, offering a peaceful and quiet oasis in the bustling city. We loved spending time on the terrace, enjoying the sun and the views.

The room itself was a bit smaller than we expected based on the pictures. It was a bit challenging to find a spot to unload our luggage, but we managed.

The owner of Rooms & Apartment Lasta were really nice too make my arrival comfortable and enjoyable. They met me at my taxi and even helped with my heavy bag. The room itself was lovely, spacious, and had a great balcony area. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main cafe and shopping area. The included breakfast at the nearby restaurant was delicious with plenty of options. I had a wonderful stay at Rooms & Apartment Lasta and would highly recommend it.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those who want to explore the city. It is close to bars, cafes, and restaurants, as well as the harbour. it is a short walk to the old town, providing a less crowded experience. the rooms are clean, and there are nice touches like welcoming gifts, tea, and coffee provided.

The check-in process was not smooth and easy, as there were no signs for the hotel or a reception lobby.

What an incredible stay! Denis and his family were absolutely amazing hosts and made us feel right at home. The apartment was immaculate when we arrived and we were pleasantly surprised to find fruit, water, and chocolate waiting for us. The modern apartment had all the cooking facilities we needed and the location was excellent. Just a short walk to the bustling promenade, yet tucked away on quiet cobbled streets. The room and bathroom were spotless, and Denis went above and beyond to accommodate us, even with our late arrival. There were plenty of lovely bars and restaurants just steps away. If you're looking for a quiet and local-feel accommodation close to all the action, then this is it!

I always choose this place for my stay; no regrets. Staff helped with local info at my first stay. Suits me perfectly. Free Wi-Fi, electric kettle, cookware, AC. Paid airport shuttle, flat-screen TV, laundry. Express check-in/out. Cycling and outdoor dining. Welcome drink, beach umbrellas, children's buffet, cots. No pets, no smoking. Coming back for trip.

Quirky decor and convenient location near the square. Loved the laundry facilities - who doesn't enjoy doing laundry on vacation?
